I wanted to comment on a YT video today. Google+ kept popping up a nag box to force me to "agree to Pages terms". Apparently it is now required to have a Google+ account, a Page, and use your real name in order to comment on YT videos. Soon they'll probably not even let you view videos, much less comment.
