I took my daughter to the doctor for advice about this vaccine and asked him about all the negative things I'd read. He beat around the bush for a bit and then I asked him if he'd give it to his daughter and he surprised me by replying honestly - he said no. That was a good enough answer for me. (This happened about 3 or 4 years ago).
