I called my doctor this morning for an appointment, because I've been sick for about a week now.

This is the first time I have called for myself. My previous appointments were for my 2 sons.

I was told by the woman answering the phone that the doctor was not taking any new pain control patients.

I told her I'm not calling about getting any pain medication, I'm calling for an appointment to find out why I had a fever, coughing, full of snot and miserable feeling. Besides pain medication makes me puke so I never take any of it anyway.

I got an appointment for tomorrow afternoon,so now just going to see where this goes next.

I'm curious to see why they would even mention that about not taking any new pain control patients. I have plenty of pain but I deal with it every day.

The doctor will not be able to help you. He will blame the weather, allergies ect ect. He won't know cause he is uneducated. The real reason is because your immune system is compromised. Get healthy and start becoming your own doctor.

I have already been doing everything I can to get over this myself. Been taking Vit D3, grapefruit seed extract, and colloidal silver among a few other things. Nothing has worked so far, except for one thing, my left eye that I was almost blind in, has been improving somewhat.

The only nice thing about cats is that they breed like rats. I wouldnt spend any more than the price of food on one.

But to stay on topic, the libtards who wanted Obamacare are getting just what they deserve. I'm only on one prescription medication, but the cost of it has been climbing ever since the unaffordable care act was passed!!!

And this was after years of it staying at the same price.

When the whole system collapses, people will not be able to get any kind of medications because everything will come to a grinding halt. It's high time for all of us no matter where we live to get and stay healthy, and that includes for our pets. People won't have their pills, cigarettes, liquor, anti-depressants, or anything else that they're hooked on, they'll freak out for sure and will probably be dropping dead all over the place. Yes, this scenario will happen and it's downright scary.

Same here. I just rescued a cat who would drink up to 4 or more bowls of water a day. I thought I would try a low carb diet before having the vet put him on meds. Further research showed that fancy feast CLASSIC is the best(beyond home cooked low carb which he won't eat) I tried it & wala! Within a month his water intake is normal.

My vet told me no animal can be cured of diabetes.

I know it is common for overweight people to run the risk of diabetes, however, thin people can acquire the disease as well.

My brother has diabetes. He started losing weight, and that is what led him to the doc. He had diabetes. The doc told him that this disease hits those who are skinny worse than those who are overweight...just saying.

Today my hubby was denied a much needed test. Doc said they are already using obama guidelines. If it was "up to him" he would have him get it, but says that the insurance companies won't pay for it now under these new 'rules'

Get ready people, the death squads will be acting as God, and the doctors will no longer be able to be doctors. I specifically asked him if it was because of Obamacare and he said yes. I have excellent insurance. It has already begun the changes for all of us.

No you got it wrong, that was what happened to people before nationalised healthcare. Get cancer? Insurance refuses to pay for all your treatment? welcome to the poorhouse. I still dont know why you guys are so against national health insurance, literally every civilised country except you guys has it already. It literally saves lives.
