More and more I am coming to realize that you can throw away the Old Testament, and most of the new.
Keep the gospels and nothing else.
Within is everything you need to know and the rest is set dressing and apostacy.

The very mention of the word "God" implies all of his characteristics, including 1) existing and 1a) existing everywhere all the time. There are many books you believe in written by all sorts of people, what would it matter if they herded goats for a living - they still make money from you buying, even if you do not believe! The Holy Bible is free of charge, stop by any God-loving congregation near you and pick up a copy. OP, you are right, what everyone should do at the very least is read the Gospels, that is beneficial to the growth of the soul.
