Look, you are suffering under the presumption that

a. law still exists, which it does not.

and

b. that you will find lawyers and courts to back you up on all your laws

c. that an entire population of idiots will care, or be smart enough to follow you.

d. you are asking permission for freedom, you are going before someone else and entering their realm of jurisdiction. It is a jurisdiction of legal fiction, make believe, corruption, and power. One only needs to look at fraudclosure to understand that the law, is whatever they say it is at the moment they say it, and you find yourself walking right into a trap.

I would also argue that there isn't two governments operating side by side in conflict of one another, but they have merged into one cohesive oppressive unit, or one corporation. You will never vote it back, running to the bank and demanding a magic currency like asking for magic beans will not set you free. No, the answer is much more simplistic and at the same time more difficult. If you want freedom, you must take freedom. You know freedom is an illusive thing, but it has never been voted for, it has never been given freely, it has never been handed over, because to do so would take power from those who have taken it all.

Do you honestly believe that all the hollow point bullets, drones, assault rifles, armored vehicles, guard towers, signs, and barbed wire were for you to win your freedom by going to the bank, and demanding lawful money?

Income tax is voluntary. After you volunteer, it is mandatory.

Since I have NEVER PAID IT I never have consented. They don't even bother me about it.

If one receives a W-2 or 1099 as evidence of income, then they will use all available means to collect, and in some cases refer the matter to US attorneys for prosecution. IRS wheels turn slowly but turn nonetheless.
