The Sun is weakening into 2014 and then another peak in 2015.

and the old economy...the DOW along with the world trade centers in 2001...go study.

The world trade centers showed up along with the nasdaq in 1971 and then they collapsed into 2001.

The economy was collapsing into 1991...and Clinton rode up the boom that followed to 2001...and Bush rode up the boom that followed the collapse from there to 2008.

Then the were imploding into Obama.

and he rode them up to here...weee being president is a roller coster ride of joy.

Since 2009 on my birthday where the DOW bottomed...to the new record high on my birthday this year.

they have been rocketing basically straight up.

But have been going sideways for awhile

they will collapse...into the trough of the double peak.

there will be some sort of collapse.

It takes awhile for the effect of the people struggling and collapsing below to become visible.

Like when you all are forced to see the negative effects you do not want to see that you cause to happen to supply power to the positive effects you want to see.

Any solar flare that registers on GOES is in fact "geo-effective", even if the resulting CME misses us or is a glancing blow.

Our power was out from 5am until 5mins ago. In upstate NY. Not sure if it has anything to do with the recent uptick in flares but thought I would share anyways.

How are our shields holding up? I'm a total space noob, but I think I remember somebody saying earths shield was thin because the sun hadn't been charging it?

Has the recent uptick recharged it or is an x-flare going to fry us all? Or was that whole thing about a weak field bullshit scaremongering in the first place?

and november 3rd is around the corner. just in time for the flare to reach us. doom on!

Thanks for answering. I had a feeling the 'thin' shield thing was a real thing but there is so much nonsense posted, it's difficult for space noobs to keep track of what is real and what is nonsense.

1882 just barely turned the eastern limb. Any CME's from it are NOT earth facing.

When you don't understand it to begin with, it makes it hard to sort thru the garbage and the shills! This is suppose to be solar max, yet we haven't seen a lot of activity. Last X-flare was in May. Since then we have had very little activity.

Check this blog out. Ninz has all the major flares since 2011 - is shows how little we have had since the summer of 2012. We should still be doing what it was in 2011 and possibly starting to calm down.

Do a search on the coming solar minimum, it shows why this could be where we are heading.
