We have been going through some serious drought here in Holland and all across Europe, combined with all the fires in the South of Europe.

For example the spot on the river where I go fishing quite a bit, has fallen about 15 feet in water, so that spot is completely dry now.



At the moment we see quite a bit of local severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall, but these showers are so fast and hard that it hardly effects the soil.

Just more signs of how increasingly extreme weather has become over the past decades.

And I know Sim posts about it daily, but for the first time I noticed a big article here in the news about the geomagnetic storm. Never seen that before in the mainstream news in Holland:

It is an ominous message from the American KNMI: the prediction of a magnetic wave crashing into our planet at hundreds of miles per hour, causing a ‘geomagnetic storm’. Great panic seems unnecessary, the earth will not suddenly stop spinning. However, there is a good chance that we will notice something.
