My brain is all over the place, I'm full of anxiety and not feeling great, BUT getting things in order so that feels good. Had a rather big issue with one of our events today. An issue that could've been avoided and I partially blame myself for it. Thankfully the client is understanding, and it's really his fault, but I could've prevented this from happening. All you can do is express concern so that maybe she's mindful to check in. Mom's never stop worrying, that's for sure. Doesn't matter how old she gets.  |

Have you tried any apps to help w/your anxiety? There are several out there, many free ones or with some free content with options to pay for extra features. Might be especially helpful while on the go and you need a bit of help getting through the moment.
