The common thread between steno and white house lady!

Is it possible that women suffering from this are being targeted...

also came across this rumour, that Dutchess Kate may be suffering too. Is this all conditioning us to accept that post partum women can do crazy things, so that when Kate does what she is programmed to no one will wonder why?

I get that. But the info still managed to get mentioned in the news. As if it was relevant. It may not have been, but the mere mention of it makes me wonder what the aenda might be

Only because that's all they have when trying to paint an otherwise "normal" person "crazy" for doing something like that. I don't think it's an agenda as much as ignorance.

fair enough - perhaps two incidents back to back do not make a connection. But i will be paying attention to nay further mentions of PPD in the news.

The post-partum story doesn't work in either case... Both women gave birth too long ago for that to be the issue... In the WH case the woman seems to have had some other issue - triggered by the pregnancy. The second one may have been as well... A genetic tendency toward psychosis may have been brought out by the pregnancy.

Sadly, we don't know what the WH woman had to say. They killed her. The HoR woman got to speak and explain herself a little bit.

Several possibilities:

The two episodes are related - or not

The women were mentally ill - or not

That mental illness was natural - or not

There will be more episodes - or not

If this is an instructional series of episodes we can expect the story line to grow - toward a resolution.

We will be told what to do to ease our pain and escape the growing societal madness.

It is also possible that these events, and the WNY shooter incident are competing narratives from those with differing agendas...

I changed the avatar for halloween! I had to design some spooky digital backgrounds for a halloween costume party photobooth we are doing tomorrow night, so thought I would throw one up for a few days to be spooky. i know, lame. besides, someone called me ugly again and my bruised ego felt like hiding for a while and pouting about it.

At least the lady in Congress wasn't stormed and shot by the Capitol police when she took over the podium.

My thought was that it is setting up post-partum hormonal fluctuations as yet another illness on the list of illnesses that makes an individual a "serious threat to her/his own wellbeing and that of society at large."

Ergo, all new mothers are seen as de facto suspects for dangerous nuttery since hormonal flux is a reality, and their children are more easily removed from maternal custody.

Too much GLP? Probs. Seem reasonable? Def.
