This method is what allowed 2 power ball winners to win in the same state in the same month. (they both knew each other). It is also the same way the non high end no power ball players win. Grouping is not even the loophole, I will get to that later.
I want to explain what Grouping is.
This is when a group of people give ONE person their money to play the lotto. It is common with the elderly or anyone that lives in a social and closed community, such as the 54+ only community's in Florida. Yes. WHOLE COMMUNITY'S. Some have 5000+ in FL trailer parks.
Now the loophole.
This does not pertain to grouping. This pertains to multi powerball winners.
They all claim their winnings to one person. So one person gets the max power ball. Taxes for one winner is more then the taxes paid by 2 or 3 other winners on a divided scaled. You would save up to 1/3 or 1/2 in taxes if one person was to claim. |

Play your lotto as groups. Claim one Winner withing the group to avoid the taxes that come with multi winners! That is the loophole and it is perfectly legal. |

The closest numbers were mine. I will divide the 2nd and 3rd closest being they the group' played into it. The 4th and 5th get nothing. |
