It is funny to me how my words get so twisted so soon, and i am now apparently a firm believer in all manner of things i did not say i believed in - but oh well. I still feel better.

Glad you're feeling better, OP. I have fibro myself, but the doctors said it might change to an actual autoimmune disorder diagnosis when I hit my 30's. They said the antibodies might not be high enough to show up in the immunoassay until then.

So keep getting checked annually, just in case, because it could be something like lupus, which can damage the heart, and you would want to know sooner rather than later.

Get tested for lyme disease. I've heard of cases where fibros were tested for lyme and found to be positive, simply misdiagnosed as fibro because they didn't mention that one time they went somewhere for a day trip in a tick area (which if you look at how they're spreading, seems to be everywhere these days). If you look at the symptoms list, they can be eerily similar, and lyme is a pain in the a** to get rid of. Nasty little spirochetes.

Eat organic and use natural personal care and cleaning products. I know it sounds kind of hippie but I did a lot of research when I was first diagnosed and gave it a shot. Didn't realize how much better I was doing since it was gradual, until I was on vacation for a few days several months after making the switch, and was beyond miserable again. If I deviate a bit, I feel worse. And no, I'm not capable of receiving placebo effects (if only!! xD) since I automatically assume something is going to fail unless it proves otherwise. =P

Keep up your B-12! My B was fine but I was very deficient in D. But make sure you don't over do it since the fat solubles...well...get stored in your fat, so get tested periodically to see where your levels are at. Too much is not good, either.

Most importantly, rest up if you need to, and don't feel bad about it! Be well. =]

Had doubts about you when i first encountered your posts a few weeks ago.

Now, after reading more and more, building up a profile from the bits and bobs of info you write, i firmly believe you are a truth seeker.

As with everyone of us, you have the opinions and beliefs built up of information that you have allowed yourself to accept as truth.
You can be correct (most times) and you can err (which you set straight once aware of it) as well. Like all of us.

I really am a truthseeker. I dont have all the answers. I just maintain that the answers science has currntly should not be mocked unless someone understands the theories behind them. Only an informed mind is equipped to discount the theories. Somehow they equated that to me believing in dirty snowballs, but i digress!
