I have tried diligently to enroll in OBAMACARE (fail)

The Democrats are doing a better job than anyone else showing how ACA doesn't work, no one has even been able to register much less buy insurance today.

This thing is so screwed up, its not even the least bit funny anymore.

I have been trying to get prices for the last three days with nothing but failure.

Hey.....bullshit loser GM....ever try to apply for regular health insurance before "Obamacare"?.....like they don`t ask you for personal info?....your medical records including any prescription drugs you have taken...your driving record(yes)...your credit report(yes,they do that too)....so, WTF.
You think this is something new and sinister?...This has been going on for years, and besides....you are aware that "OBAMACARE" is nothing but a national version of "ROMNEYCARE" that the elitist asshole put in place in Massachusetts when he was governor and a REPUGNICAN, so stop the bullshit,ok?

I haven't read all of the replies yet...so, I apologize if this has already been brought up. What if all of these failed attempts to enroll are actually guises to secretly capture all of your information bit by bit until you have given yourself away to the system? Lots of hackers out there who work for TPTB. Just a thought...

How long does it take!!!!

I have spent countless hours trying to establish my account and get the rates.
Apparently, you have to give TBTB the keys to your kingdom before you even get to see rates.

My journey:

Day 1. OCT 1st 2013:
I eagerly get up at 0400 in the morning to happily establish an account and start shopping the Exchange marketplace for AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE.
RESULT: Website is down and will not accept any input data.
I give up for the day.

DAY 2: OCT 2nd 2013:
I am not to be deterred from my mission.
I repeat same procedure as before with same result. EXCEPT......I was able to get to a LOGIN page. I hit the CREATE ACCOUNT radio button and I start the process of selling my soul.

RESULT: Website crashed and I got a SQL permission denied to this resource error.
I quit and drank a six pack of Trader Jose beers.

Day 3: OCT 3rd 2013:
I am exhausted but I manage to get up at 0530 to resume Operation Enroll.
I have now managed to create an account (finally).
The Username requirements are complicated and probably won't cater well to the intended audience (need I say more).

Password complexity requirement are equally difficult and many applicants will be simply unable to remember the first four numerals/digits/Uppercase/lowercase/umletung/#/@/} characters.

RESULT: I was able to establish an account, sell my soul of personal information and get to the point where they want to VERIFY My identity.
They require my SSN and said they will use this to check my INCOME and establish eligibility for OBAMACARE.

In the end, they said my identity could not be identified and I would need to scan a picture of my DRIVERS LICENSE and upload it to the OBAMACARE website where an outsourced NAVIGATOR will review it to determine my identity.

HOWEVER, the UPLOAD option is BROKE and will not permit uploads at this time. ERROR 59.

Day 4: OCT 4th 2013:
My will to enroll is fading and I elect to get up at 0600hrs. I manage to login with my newly created account and I want to simply resume my journey of obtaining AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE.

I login and expect to RESUME where I left off; but NOOOOOOOO!; the system was not able to save my data since the DATABASE sucks.
I elect to re-enter my soul into the database and hope SATAN finds it attractive enough to archive it.
I then resume the process of uploading my drivers license for identity verification. IT FAILS; but this time it tells me to call the outsourced contractor for identity verification.
It turns out to be EXPERIAN Identity Verification Services Headquartered in DUBLIN IRELAND. WTF?
I call and get a recording that says they are experiencing an UNUSUAL amount of call traffic and to call back tomorrow. No option was offered to wait until my soul went to hell.

I then called the HEALTHCARE.GOV # 1-800-FUCKYO and the phone was answered promptly, but it was just background noise. I patiently listened to the background conversations and intermittently injected ANTI-OBAMACARE statements.
Eventually Patricia came online and politely told me that the website sucks and can't handle the traffic and to try again later in the week.

MISSION ANALYSIS:
I failed to complete my mission. I expect 100% of Americans also failed.
I logged over 30 hours of persistent attempts at trying to get access to the system.

BTW- The only REASON I was doing all this was to simply obtain the RATES. I was curious.

BTW2- I am already covered by my employer and have no need to enroll in OBAMACARE. I just want to know the RATES.
