How are they going to fine you if you don't file a tax return?

There are ways to disappear from the system if one is willing to make some sacrifices.

1.) Work for yourself or become an independent contractor.

2.) Close all bank and credit cards accounts and deal in cash only. Use check cashing establishments and/or the payer's bank to cash any checks you might have.

3.) Sign a quit-claim on any properties you own. (This requires someone you trust a great deal such as a close friend or family member)

4.) Sit back, relax and watch the system implode around you.

Even in the third to fourth year of "tax penalties" the penalty is barely equivalent to one Month's premium for a family. They can no longer refuse to sell a policy or refuge coverage. Simply buy the insurance when you need it and pay the fine. Civil disobedience with a side of FU at its best.

The government is such a clusterfuck that if you don't buy their pimp's insurance, the chances of getting a STRONGLY WORDED LETTER and a fine is 50-50, at best.

I'm willing to bet they get punked. A massive disinformation campaign which leaves them stepping and fetching chasing phony names.

There will be a religious exemption to the requirement that individuals purchase health insurance under the Affordable Care Act (2010), better known as "Obamacare," according to a fact sheet released Wednesday by the Internal Revenue Service.

The religious exemption rule for the individual mandate was included in a set of new rules issued by the Department of Health and Human Services as part of the implementation of the new health care law.

Only those who are members of a religious sect that is already recognized by the Social Security Administration as exempt from Social Security requirements will be eligible for an exemption from the individual mandate. These sects mostly include the Amish and some other Mennonite sects.

There has been an internet rumor that Muslims would be exempt as well, but Muslims are not exempt from participating in Social Security so they would not be eligible for an individual mandate exemption.

I can see a surge of people signing up the first few days, mostly as a photo op for the dramacrats. But then it's going to peter out... and by this time next year, I will be very surprised if 10% of the population is signed up.
