Thank you! And yes that first link did describe me very well. I have always knows I have a problem of saying no, and taking others problems on like they are my own.

My husband calls me captain save a hoe, because I am constantly trying to help out a person in need and end up way over my head. Sometimes it has a good outcome, but more often than not I end up feeling used. I focus so much on the good in a person that I dont see that I am being taken advantage of until its too late.

Maybe this is why I wish I could be the crazy cat lady in the woods.

I did read about salt baths. I didnt know they could cleanse you! A few years ago I went to the mall and the dead sea salt guys told me I looked old (my husband laughed all the way to the car when I started obsessing over nonexistent wrinkles) and they convinced me to buy their entire line. The horror! But I got this salt body scrub. It really did make my skin super soft and very clean. But I just now put the correlation to how I was feeling at the time emotionally. I felt just as I do right now!

I gotta find some of that scrub again and try it again!
