I feel the same exact way you do. Has anyone ever told you that you were an "empath"? If not, then you should research signs of being an empath. I have learned a lot since I learned that I was one. I know now why I feel the way I do and some ways to cope with it. Hope this helps! :-)

But I brushed it off thinking I wasnt anything special. This may be the reason I find it hard to go into a big store like walmart or target when it is really busy. I get so overwhelmed in places where there are a lot of people. Which is odd because I genuinely like people. Any tips on coping?
