Message Subject Is it wrong for me to question what I was brought up to believe? I'm so confused!

I was raised in church...in a christian family. But I've wondered about many things for quite some time now.
I can't help shake this feeling that what we've been told is NOT the truth!
And now at 39 yrs old, I just feel so confused. I don't know what to believe anymore.

Both my parents think I'm "back slid" and hell bound because I question what preachers, pastors, ministers have been telling "christians" for hundreds of years now....if not thousands. My dad just asked me what my problem is because I posted on facebook that everyone could keep their religion and doctrine because it's just their version of the truth.
Why do any ONE religion have to have ALL the answers? You ask any religion....... christianity, catholic, jew, muslim, hindu.......

They ALL will tell you their way...their bible and their god is the right one and all the others is a lie!

Maybe they all are lies! Maybe they all are truth!
Why should I believe in only the christian bible? Why should I follow any religion?

Why can't I just know that there is a higher power out there and just have love in my heart for all creation?

Afterall, isn't God just energy? Isn't everything that exist, including us, energy?

Nika, there is some truth in most religions, but the whole truth is in the bible. That is the truth.

You don't have to be religious, or a church person, you just have to have a personal relationship with the Lord and live your life based on LOVE.

I'm not religious, or a church person, but I am a spiritual person and I love the Lord and do my best to live a decent life according to the bible, the 10 commandments mainly.

But, if your life is based on love, you will keep those commandments anyway because they are all about love when you get right down to it.
