OP and others that know how, can you share how you make them interactive and load them?

I've gone to Google images and saw interactive images and tried to post them here but it was too large of pixels. So, I made it smaller pixels and it turns into a messed up pixel image.

Great work! Who is this guy and what scene is it from?
