I look very white, but my great grandmother was a cherokee indian who had my grandfather out of wedlock and his real father didn't want to marry her because she was an indian so they were very poor and often went hungry. on the other side, my great grandparents were sharecroppers and my grandmother ran away and got married because she hated picking cotton so bad. I am the first generation in my family that hasn't had to worry about going hungry. we had nothing to do with slavery or discrimination and I don't owe nobody anything. I'm fairly comfortable, but I've had to work my butt off to get what I do have...anybody that has a problem with that can kiss my big fat white ass.
