Indianapolis "Officer of the Year" Attacks 60 Year Old Man in Under 16 seconds of Conversation
Just watch the video! Absolutely no reason for what happened, especially by someone who was awarded "Community Police Support Officer of the Year." I honestly don't know what exactly a "Community Police Support Officer of the Year" is

usually some smartass being disrespectful to the officer, you can't hear what the guy is saying but the police are human, when you push their buttons they can lose control.

If you are smart you just be nice to the officer, not act like you're some super cool johnny rebel standin up to the man. If you act like that and get slammed to the ground , I do not care, idiot. Police don't know what's going on when they get there, they have no idea, acting like some smart mouthed punk will get you that everytime if you aren't lucky.

it's just another rude reminder of the America we live in today, now an extension of the obscene courtroom scene where you cannot tell the truth, they have all the rights, and the slightest, even unintentional furtive move results in being criminally cited for contempt of court. Every cop in this country is a nano-second away from destroying your life.

The man being pushed to the ground advised the hotel to call the police because he thought someone had broken into his partners room. I find it hard to believe someone who requested the police could have displayed too much "johnny rebel attitude" in 16 seconds

Human beings don't lose control and turn to physical violence at having their buttons pushed. Thug trash and wild animals, however do. Trayvon Martin got a bullet through his chest for attacking someone. Why aren't cops held to the same standard?

Even after an investigation, the officer will get off with a suspension (likely with pay) and be back on the street carrying a gun in no time.

The reason this keeps happening is the double standard that allows police officers less accountability then civilians.

Charge the police officer with assault like any other citizen would have been. Are they not bound by the same laws they supposedly enforce?

That doesn't make it right. It just makes the cops pit bulls that attack with very little provocation. I don't think that's what most Americans want in their police force.
The arrestee in this story found out the reality of the Israelification of police policies. I'm sure the model cop was doing exactly as he had been taught and trained.

That was not some stupid punk kid. That man was the guy who put the convention together, who brought all of that money - tourism dollars - into the city and that hotel.

It's the cop who acted like a punk. You didn't watch the video or you would have known that.

Cops are trained that they must have absolute control over all interactions. The guy yelled, the cop reacted to show him that the cop was the boss. He;'s lucky he wasn't shot in the chest like that one guy by the cop.
