My mom got a letter in the mail the other day...she has a handicapped parking sticker(she needs it) it listed issues that would get you out of having to pay parking meters.. We have NO parking meters in our areas. Which leads me to the conclusion that we SOON will. People in Chicago already have these meters in front of their homes..they have to pay to park there...wtf? on a funny note, one of the reasons listed for bypassing the parking meters was that you had NO control of both hands...LOL...but, yet you drove there..
