So what will these people's fate be since you feel the ultimate salvation is to know this father and do his will? A will over 50% of the people who ever lived on this planet had no idea of simply because god didn't create the book for them to read it from.

Should one never hear God's Word, then they are innocent and unaccountable. Kind of a "free pass", cause God knows them, He created them, so He knows.
