Mid Atlantic here. We've seen this the last week. Even after the rain clouds clear out you can see new trails under the old grey clouds. Watched them on our 2.5 hour drive up the Eastern Shore from Va. to Md. Been aware and watching for 4 years now and they are more brazen and bizarre. A lot of strange storms these days as well.
