Sorry guys, but the Justices are right about this one. Bitch shouldn't have talked sex AT ALL with her boss. She would have won this case if not for her "banter" and texting this man outside of work. She clearly liked him as a close friend, and let him in too close, and therefore she CONSENTED to his sexual talk. |

Barring a signed contract, it is also legal for you to quit your job with no notice. You could have been "working" on a major report for the last two months ( actually NOT working on it ), and the day it is due, your boss says, " I need that report NOW", you can answer, " um I decided NOT to do it - I quit, A-hole". The employer has NO recourse , other than I wouldn't use them for a reference. |

In one respect, the business owner should be permitted to run his business(hiring, firing, promotions, etc) as s/he sees fit, but should the employee be responsible for the hornyness of the owner? |
