I am Eastern Rite Catholic and we do believe in life after death and spiritual experiences are COMMON.

FIRST, we have our priests come and bless our homes every year (usually they do this around Jan 6 we call Yordan, that's when our priests bless holy water, then trek to each home to bless it. If you are having a hard time to get a priest I'd recommend you call a Ukrainian, Byzantine, Ruthenian catholic (not orthodox) priest. I will bet anything they will understand your situation and will bless. It is customary to give a donation, even if it's only $5 meant to be a thanksgiving offering. (a nun doing a priests work is like a slap in the face -- there are things only a priest can do)

Second, I follow the Marian messages regarding protection of the home and those within. On every external door I have a small crucifix on the outside and inside have a miraculous medal, st Benedict medal and a green scapular. I also have on all my window sills the medals and scapular.

You can do more like blessing every entrance with St Charbel oil and sprinkling the perimeter of your home with blessed salt. You should always have blessed candles in your home.

Now comes the part where everyone thinks I'm crazy ( again I stress, in our rite this is common and dealt with)

First from what you say these souls are not evil. You really have nothing to fear.

The previous owners soul is attached. That is home for them and don't want to or don't realize they can go to a better place. My son bought a home similarly haunted. He found a Ukrainian cookbook in the kitchen when moving in signed by the owner. So we knew she was one of "us"
Furniture would be moved in the house, the piano would play in the middle of the night (my son actually recognized the song as an old Ukrainian folk song I have records to). A little research I found who the lady was. One day when my son and his wife were out of town, I came in and literally spoke to Anna in Ukrainian....thinking she would be more alert to me thN if I had spoken English. I told her I know 'our people' love our homes and stay, but now your real home is with Jesus in heaven. You are missing a lot staying here. I will pray for you, but go to Jesus and Mary and pray for us in return. I did pray in Ukrainian. My son later tells me all the stuff stopped even though he did not know what I did.

I had a brother in law who hated me, eventually killed himself. One evening I was in bed and I felt someone in the room. I totally sat up in bed and saw him floating at the foot of my bed. I just spoke to him. I said I know you hated me, why do you come to me? I will say 1 prayer for you but don't you ever come back to me. You have family, go to them. I forgive you how you treated me but I don't want you here any more. His most defining features were bright blue eyes with dark long lashes. As I looked into his eyes, I saw tears forming. I told him no, I have family to pray for, I will pray for you this one time, go to your family for your prayers. He nodded as a yes, put his head down and faded away.

My dad died and I prayed for him daily for years. As things in life go on, I was missing my prayers, eventually moved to another house. I love to sleep in my living room on the couch (bad hips and back). In the middle of the night, as happens I was about to get up to the bathroom. I sat up and aclamated myself first. I literally and truly saw my dad walk through the blank wall to my right. Amazed I watched him walk past me THROUGH a heavy coffee table before me. Between the coffee table and the opposite wall I thought this was my only chance to talk to him. I said "daddy, all these years I prayed for you, and finally now you come to me. Don't you have something to say to me? He stopped, turned to face me, tilted his head (I took it to mean....why..) and he turned and I watched him walk through the opposite wall. I knew that "why" was why did you stop praying for me.

I could tell you hundreds of stories of spirits coming to us. Sometimes you might dream of someone who passed. All they want are prayers. If you love them, keep praying for them. If they are someone you don't know, pray for them but tell them to go. It is only evil entities that would remain. And it is the evil ones you need help with.

NEVER EVER NEVER EVER play around with Ouija boards, seances, bloody Mary stuff, Marie laveaux .... That is an invitation to the evil ones. Make sure your kids aren't playing aRound with that stuff too. Oh, I can tell you stories about how my house was filled with smoke, totally blackened while i was asleep and there was no fire, not even a spark.

I know people reading this post will think I am crazy. I don't care. I KNOW what I know, I have experienced myself as did many people I know. I am not smarter than others, but it is the differences between really knowing (being blessed ) that there is life after death and not just hearing of it in church as if it is another dimension or something out of the Twilight Zone.

All my life I have heard the stories from my parents who lived through Stalin (see forced famine), who lived through Hitler (my mom was notified at age 13 to report to a train to Germany for slave labor ), both parents ended up in concentration camps. I have heard all the stories, and I am hearing the same BS in today's news.

And I have warned about "affordable" health care, which means
- cancer diagnosis, you are left to die
- babies go to be re- indoctrinated
-anyone 70 and over is left to die UNLESS they pay more in taxes and are of benefit to the system

We don't vote because we know it is not an election it is a selection. Thank you so much! I am going to do what you said. I wanted to tell you too that I never felt evil directed at me...however, I believe now that the spirits are evil. They "zap me and my son" it feels like burning pain. I have had marks on my hand and now on my leg where it zapped me.

I know that sounds crazy but I believe they have some kind of electrical energy because when it comes into my bedroom I use to feel the coldness theat came with them...now it's like an energy where once it almost felt like the room buzzed. Even when I say they are bad...I have such faith and pray so much that I'm not totally scared and freaked out.. if that makes sense.

When it comes into my room or anywhwere in my house "I command it to leave through the blood of Jesus Christ". It may take me saying it twice....but it does leave. But it always comes back. I keep a fan going in my bedroom when I'm sleeping. It cuts my fan off when it comes in...and sometimes my grandbaby will wake up and scream for me at the same time. Its one thing it doing this to myself and son but my grandbaby is only 2 years old.

I have sage that I'm going to burn this week in my new home. and I'm going to do what you said to do. I also called a Spiritual Church that is near me...and she told me to call another number because I needed a Priest. I adsked her to call on my behalf for a Priest because like I said....I wanted a Preist and they told me only a Nun could come to my home.

No, if the entity hurts you physically, it should not be thought of as a peaceful one. Other than awakening you, they should not hurt you physically at all. You might see things happening Round your house but if you have scratches, anything physical at all, it is NOT a good spirit.

Is there more here than you stated? Did you play around with spirits? TArot cards? Even if inadvertently, it seems you or yours invited an entity.

For those who said I should move... I am in the process of moving from the haunted house to a condo that I bought. I have spent Saturday night and Sunday night in the Condo. Sunday night...it let me know it was there by cutting off my fan. Last night (Sunday) was terrible...It kept zapping me...I shook me up so that I didn't even command it to leave in Jesus's name...which always works. THe problem is it will come back again.

For those woho asked if I have invited it...NO...the only thing I could think of that I have done is watched TV programs...like The Medium in NY t since this has happene4d I haven't watched any of it. I believe in my heart that it came from the Owner of the Home talking to his dead wife.
