I'm ready to die at any moment (I never plan on being here the following year), but I never do it because I feel "unfinished", is probably the only word I can think of to describe it. I don't want to die feeling low, angry, hateful and anxious. I want to die of healthy mind and body, knowing and choosing to go of my own accord. BUT...I have no energy, no will to do anything, and barely feel joy or happiness anymore. They say just push yourself through, "soldier on", eventually things get better. While true plenty more opportunities for love appear, my own personal activities/my mood, I just feel nothing. It is a chore to get through each day, sometimes it really DOESN'T get better.

I hear you completely. The pain never leaves and can be intolerable. Soph died in December 2007, it's no less hurtful now than then; It's finding a way of accepting the sadnesses and finding the beauty in what's around you & what's there to be grateful and thankful for :)

It seemed like the answer a few hours ago when I was coming down off those yokes. I was once again in the horrors, didn't sleep, just tossed and turned with this unbearable fucking heat. Feel a lot better now thank God.

It usually happens that way..you feel it after some time has past..but time does heal..it really does

you will eventually remember just the love I believe..the beautiful moments spent together..they are eternal..as is love..the love you shared with your daughter lives on..and is part of you and her..it is ever lasting..

Keep on focusing on others as you did with this thread..it helps enourmously not only others but yourself and I believe really speeds the healing process and enriches the spirit by reaching out to those in need

let your pain give wonderful fruits that can save souls..

Suicide might be acceptable for instance in cultures like the Eskimo peoples where when one gets old and is putting their family at risk for death by keeping them alive they go off and freeze to death.
