Prepping for the Zimmerman verdict

I was reading about the Zimmerman case when I came across this piece. It is a blog, I think, I am not sure, and some may consider his tone racist. BUT, what made me post it is the part about being prepared for the potential riots and outbreak of violence.

I believe there is real possibility of strong race rioting on the part of black Americans if Zimmerman if acquitted. It is important to follow some basic tips, which are listed in the article. Guns and ammo stocked and ready of you have them, vantage points to protect your property and lives scoped out ahead of time, meet with neighbors, food, water, batteries, radios, cell charged and gas in car. Simple type prep, similar to what one would do if a storm was coming.

I live in Philly, in the city. Not on the outskirts, not in North or South Philly, not in the Center City downtown, but IN the CITY 3-4 miles out from downtown. I am seriously considering leaving if he is acquitted, and going to a hotel in the suburbs. The chatter here has already started it will get ugly fast. If you can afford to remove yourself, do so. I probably cannot...:(

At any rate, be safe, be strong, be prepared.
