Behavior is not from genes, we go off system theories now which involves the culture, environment, and genes of a person, but we still know that it does not fully predict behavior. i know NDEs are real. but they are just like lucid dreams. christians see god. others see their own gods from the religion they follow. atheists see whatever, sometimes hell sometimes god. its basically a dream. but sometimes its an OBE and you can fly around in the real world.

atheists also see loved ones, and other things they love.

If you saw God, and spoke with Him, would you still doubt?
