If you actually understood the philosophical underpinnings of Existentialism, you wouldn't even be asking the question.
Existentialism explores the reasons to have hope even in the face of existential angst. It is about letting go of the idea that you can make sense of the world.
Try actually studying the philosophy and then ask the question again.
