Here some advice Bigot, You cant defend a right you dont have. As an American,,, you still dont have those rights even if you are visiting Canada. Only as an American living in America do you have the right to bear arms.

Those mistakes take decades to fix. It's time to fix them. We are not the UK, Australia or shitty Mexico. The ownership and enjoyment of property were originally in the Diefenbaker "Bill of rights". When it came to writing the 1982 Trudeau constitution it was originally proposed to be in, but the only contribution the NDP made to that constitution was the removal of property rights. Now as it stands, when you buy property in Canada, you do not really own it, you have it on long term lease from the crown. This is true of your car, as well as your house and land, as far as I can tell from discussions I had during my party's policy discussion forums.
