Very expensive when you purchase the super strength, but well worth it. Been taking it for over a year everyday. Quoting: Shustah do you put it in capsules or does it come in them already? Its soooo strong to put directly in the mouth. |

It is awesome for acne and skin issues, although you usually need to dilute if you are going to us it topical. The oil of oregano I have is okay for oral ingestion so I take it to help keep off candida and acne issues! Quoting: MissionInvisible I sometimes make my own capsules of the oil of oregano as well (trying to remember to do it every day). I found that if I put OOO only into a capsule and swallow it, my stomach and esophagus will burn like crazy. Now I dilute the oil of oregano with extra virgin coconut oil - this works wonderfully to prevent the burning sensation. I place 8 drops oil of oregano into a capsule and fill it the rest of the way with coconut oil. I have taken this on several occasions (along with peroxide in ears and gargling with peroxide) when I feel a cold/flu/whatever coming on and by later that day I am feeling much better and by the next morning all symptoms are gone. It works every time! I am always amazed by the healing power of these simple, common products! TIME IS A TRICK... "The one in power makes law under which the colonized fall. I am currently using a product called "Won With Nature Super Strength 225 Olive Leaf-Oregano Oil Formula". It contains 83% Carvacrol. It seems to be very good. Although this is the only OOO I have ever used so I have nothing to compare it to. TIME IS A TRICK... "The one in power makes law under which the colonized fall. We made a huge amount of soup last might about 25lbs of it. I could not like it or want it at all it was so dull and unwanted. The only thing I wanted was the Thyme. I wound up stewing the Thyme and eating it. I love sage rubbed or what ever I love sage and black pepper things like that I can eat as the main appetite, instead of the flavor enhancer. I salivate at the very aroma of turpentine or benzoin..it actually makes me salivate. I love love love sassafras I will maul into the roots of it just to lay and sleep in them. Many bushes and trees like the bubbybush....and buttercups I will eat them all up...fresh picked I love to eat them. Sour grass I live it. I love eucalyptus in the shower just to go and have a breather not a cleansing. I even wipe my nose in benzoin and menthol just to breather it....love camphor love that stuff. Thyme is just like pepper to me it is pepper to taste and smell. Plants and vegetation is so soothing and refreshing. |
