In the next copuple of days, it will be unbelievable 26-28ºC (around 85ºF) in Tromso, Norway, one of the most setentrional city in the world, located above the Artic Circle!
What will happen is just the contrary. This will probably be the warmest summer in HISTORY in Europe!!

I thought I read somewhere that the summer that wasn't of 1816 was caused by volcanic activity.
