They normally have glitches, but not like this. I've never seen this type of glitch, so when taken in CONTEXT of the 8.3 in Russia, and the fact this is the exact timeframe I and many others have warned for a FALSE FLAG, this is NOT NORMAL and needs to be investigated.

I have yet to see any logical explanation for this.
