Last night had a very vivid and engaging lucid dream with a female who promised she was real

I had one where I was given a phone number... i don't remember if I called it after I woke up.

how clear was the name when you were writing it?

Actually, just two nights ago, suddenly I was in China. I'm from California, I hate flying, and I just couldn't remember how I got to China. It was so incredibly vivid, I kept asking myself and others if I was dreaming. Some man walked up laughing, "If you're dreaming, could I do this?" he then proceeded to snort a mountain of cocaine off a table in the middle of a public mall. I guess that was my cue, but I didn't take. I felt like I was in this dream for weeks, but I believed it was real the entire time, like some cliche movie plot. I met so many people, so many things happened, and never once was I able to discern that I was dreaming for sure...... The only thing different before sleep was a handful of cherries that I ate, because I read they contained melatonin.....

I actually remember waking up the dream on purpose telling her i'd be right back but ofcouse i had to wake up get ready and go to work, which I just got home from.. I wonder if I should have called in sick for her....would you?

I take 3mg of meletonin supplements some nights and they do tend to cause me to have very intense sometimes frightening dreams.

Last night's dream was going to turn sexual I'm sure. She was very seductive.

Yes i have had multiple dreams about the same woman that i have never met in real life yet.

In one of them i was approached by another woman, and later in the dream this woman came by again and distracted me from being with that other woman. She wants me for herself

Yes, I had a dream of a similar sort, after ingesting a moderate quantity of absinthe and 2 L- theanine caps.

The first time I had this type of dream, I called all of my closest friends at 4am to tell them about it( it was this significant/real). No one seemed to care.

It could be your soul mate or twin flame calling out to you. She might turn out to be a real person, so try to get her name next time you meet. :)

Though I have never been able to maintain a conversation with someone while lucid, I have had many incredible experiences. The best are dreams where you are being relentlessly chased and then suddenly you realize you're dreaming and can do literally anything and you turn the tables on your attackers. Meeting beautiful women, sometimes getting intimate. Flying and "sight seeing" are some of my favorite things to do.

Every time I try and have a conversation, or do anything else that is far to specific I lose lucidity and wake. I have been trying to lucid dream for many years and have greater success as time goes on. Sometimes I use 10mg melatonin, but even then I don't notice much increase in remembering dreams.

you know you can do that with any dream character... you can even ask a dream character to tell you you are dreaming when you are having a normal dream.. they don't always comply but
