It can be very frustrating at times, and I find myself angry, anxious, nervous about certain things or feeling trapped in this reality, I have to step back and realize it all has to happen like this, we have to learn and grow through this process. Taking the time to be in "awe" about something can really change your perception of the day... Reality is often stranger than fiction ;) This has been out for a little while...great dvd! Yep...its all about the electromagnetic connections. A good example for how the moon has an effect on us is to think about how it has an effect on the tides...well our bodies are made mostly out of water, it would be silly to not think the moon could have an effect on our body system. That goes for everything else out there as well. It gets much deeper and intricate if you start looking at brainwaves and how biological systems interact with one another...our hearts even put out strong fields that can have an impact on those around us!
