What's in your survival kit when TEOTWAWKI comes?

With all the cryptic threads, talk of earthquakes, doom and gloom, WWIII and everything else, are you prepared if/when The End Of The World As We Know It comes? I think this is a good time for all of us to revisit this question, if you haven't already. Now may be a good time to follow the Boy Scout motto and "Be Prepared." It can't hurt right?

There is only so much you can do to prepare for the unknown. I mean, who knows how it will go down if/when it does. It's also apparent that not everyone has extra cash to just be going crazy with survival items. There's always going to be something that's just out of your reach financially, but just mentally preparing is better than most are doing, I think.

Off the top of my head, in no special order, here are some of the items on my checklist. I know I'm forgetting crucial, life saving type equipment so let's put our heads together and help each other prepare.

Like I said, there are items I'm forgetting. Please take the time to add anything and everything applicable to an emergency type situation. Even if you can't acquire everything, it can't hurt to begin preparing, if you're not already.
