It's not a "major" deal - that base is huge. They found a white powder, evacuation while a HAZMAT team makes sure it's not going to start the zombie apocalypse or whatever. There isn't a lot of ground breaking stuff that takes place here any more - well, ever since NASA got their balls cut off by everyone's best friend.
