Ya just never know. Btw, I don't have any expectation of breaking that code. I'd just like to hear from a longterm shortwave user how common all of this is. Quoting: Southern Lighthouse "Mainsail Mainsail... testing 1234554321" Just now. 8:10 PM I have been following Andrews broadcasts for weeks now. Everyday its a different code. they also broadcast on about 10 different frequencies.. Not sure if its anything important or not as the codes would be IMPOSSIBLE to break. Its very interesting to listen to the broadcasts though |

I guess in a manner of speaking that's what they are. Last Edited by EvenSteve on 05/02/2013 09:54 PM Passiveobsessive |

I believe its either testing, or just basic communication between two bases. What we need to do it find the other frequencies that the response message is being sent from. Try to narrow down who it is that is communicating with andrews. Since shortwave is a one way communication they have got to be out there! Keep Looking!! |

User ID: 5414161 Philippines 05/03/2013 05:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The past two days I heard on 8992 a conversation where one operator asks for a phone patch, then the receiver acknowledges and sets it up. We hear the phone ring then a lady operator says "please wait for conference call" or something like that. Then a voice comes on the phone patch calling out different stations to check in. after this the call is terminated. You guys ever hear that? Its like they are using radio and phone system for stations to check in. any ideas on that? Kind Regards Much Love, GOD Bless BoroBoro's |

I have no idea what it's all about. If Inquisidor checks in, maybe he's familiar with it. Nice to have you here. Thanks for posting what you heard. Love is the highest form of spiritual warfare. |

User ID: 29867276 United States 06/24/2013 03:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | wait i was a Marine Corps Radio Operator 2531 and i have no clue what you a chating about. what are you listening to in the first place? Quoting: usmcvet216 first thing we learn in comm school is never talk in the open (clear) so whatever chatter you hear is encrypted and you wont decipher it. and/or you are hearing background chatter from distant stations. over my years on many hours of radio watch you get alot of strange noises and pulses on HF. there are many reasons for this. they would never broadcast anything important over radio. especially the airforce. most things would be on the sipernet. almost 99% of orders military wise are communicated this way. and the foriegn languages are static or a distant station broadcasting somewhere else. are you a HAM operator even? just hearing all these i heard this and that on the radio i dont own; too many threads with people who have no clue. just because you found a CB at a garage sale or your dad/grandpas basement does not mean you are going to intercept military rado traffic. a real HAM operator would understand this my post from other thread. i call major BS on this |

First thing you learn in comm school is never talk in the clear so explain the hand deciphered nuclear codes?? my experiance tells me this and everything written on that page relating to this goes against military radio protocol. |
