For every study that says it causes cancer there's one that says it doesn't. Personally I have never known anyone to get cancer from artificial sweeteners of any kind. I have known 4 people that died of cancer a varied ages and nether of them used diet products. as for me...I've been drinking diet coke since 1992 and have had no problems ever. Try stopping. I think you will have withdrawal. Do you suffer anxiety or depression?
