Ants, my Grandfather, whatever.  Pretty sure it killed my Grandmother too. Use stevia or honey for sweetening whenever possible. I use pure cane sugar. The body responds very differently to the cane sugar, then using chemicalized white sugar. The cheap white sugar is gmo sugar beets.
