Ants, my Grandfather, whatever.  Pretty sure it killed my Grandmother too. Use stevia or honey for sweetening whenever possible. I use sugar in the raw, when i use , try to stay away from all of it As a pre-diabetic I used it for years. I finally quit after having a seizure while pregnant. I now have Neurological issues that cannot be explained.
