one weird story was when the older brother got killed:

they said he might have been killed by a bomb vest...

anyway ... the next things are possible

1) family was in touch with the FBI for a couple of years.
they talk from time to time; the FBI proposes them to take part in an under cover exercise.
The guys will be 'fake' terrorists; they will place 'fake' bombs at the finish line and detonate them.

2) why I don't think this happened:
The younger brother was on his smartphone with access to social media.
He could have screamed out his innocence then and there.

I am really interested in seeing his last social media contacts ... probably Private messages or stuff like that.

The only way the naked handcuff guy was the older Tsarnaev is he was a wizard and dropped his height from 6'5" to 5'8".

If there is truly is no video evidence, then Dzhokar will have no problem being set free at trial. In fact, it won't even get to trial. He should be released within days. In fact, they won;t even press charges.
