i have this theory - it's just my humble opinion:

those kids were used by the fbi to show up in there, maybe with real bombs.. who knows. but the feds have a long history of using people to do their shitty work of keeping us of a in constant fear.

anyway, that judge guy put it pretty well in a video i saw yesterday.
