Third Boston Suspect!! The Reasonable Person Test (FAIL)

The FBI is using the Reasonable Person Test (RPT) to hone in on other possible suspects in the Boston bombing.

1. The two guys (Coach and Student) who were earlier identified as being suspicious both came forward to the police station to claim their innocence.

2. The older guy with the Red Shirt and carrying a backpack has not come forward yet to clear his name.

3. Private contractors seen in video. Company has not cleared thier names yet.

All in all, the persons who don't come forward will be placed on the Person of Interest list.

I think there were over 5 persons involved in this on the front end. Probably many more on the backend.
