Your all wrong, look at the video on youtube of the rocket fuel factory explosion in the desert just before the main blast there was exactly the same sound it was the shock wave arriving going faster than the speed of sound.

I agree, the news footage has been edited.

Only munitions that scream like that before striking are subsonic, most US munitions are hypersonic.

This being said most subsonic munitions are short range.

Think AGM, Hellfire, Patriot GEM-C, hell even a javelin.

That is if the audio is perfectly in sync and the fertilizer itself left the crater.

ETA: Then we have the angle of projectile, it's low, like really for something that is point to point, like a javelin or TOW.

Do you realize the amount of permits and safety codes would be in place for an infrastructure holding fertilizer and possible risk of explosive or hazardous material?

1) Gas lines wouldn't be just wiggling or floating loosely about from a fire (started in the office/storage area first)

2) This place would be up to code for fire safety

Funny, that was my first assumption from what I could hear. Even hollywood fakes it in some explosion audio fx for authenticism. A missile never came to mind without visual evidence of one. The "glow" that sweeps left to right across the key 2-3 frames looks like exposure glare originating from the distant smoke/vapour cloud flash ignition to the left of the trees.
