One of the largest Mass Casualty Drills ever held to be held in Texas was scheduled the day of the West explosion. Since many of those expected to participate in the drill were responders to the explosion, the drill was subsequently canceled....



and since a drill regarding the emergency needs of children was scheduled in CT the same day as the Sandy Hook incident, I think that makes this double noteworthy....for all you missiltard haters out there...

This is great info! There appears to be a definite and undeniable link between government "drills"/"training exercises" and actual man-made disasters that result in the death and maiming of innocent men, women and children.

I saw another film of the fire/explosion, seen from another angle, further downwind.

I really seemed that the first fire was heating up a secondary tank that subesequently exploding, creating a chain reaction. Quite simple to see actually.
