It looks like a radiation detector and is very clear in the picture. Good eyes though, whoever found the pictures. They should keep it up. Yup. Plus, responders are already on scene in the photo...no way he would still be holding the detonator, if it were one. Notice the shoes. I've seen three guys with similar pants and tan 5.10 shoes/boots. |

People have specific roles in emergency situations, nothing out of the ordinary, hence why (most of) your Police officers did nothing to help the victims of the bomb blast, not their job or responsibility it seems. |
