if japan shoots down missiles.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37934624 Japan and the US can shoot down any missile they fire... go ahead and put a nuke on it ...  ... soon as it launches we can see where it is going, if it is something that needs to be shot down or not... they shoot off a nuke ... and we knock it out above North Korea... the 27% of the population that has power will lose it ...
