LMAO...that is funny. The guy on the left seems to be holding an M-60 machine gun, the guy on the right looks like a sniper rifle not sure though.

The one on the left is wearing a cold weather black stocking cap, seems odd that Religious fanatics would not wear the head dress of thier custom.

Also the Hostage is wearing what appears to be a silk shirt. Look at the way the light shines off it. Nice clothing line for hostages nowadays....lmao

Not too sure about that. It looks like to me he is more to the front of the desk and the area that his shadow would be is cut off to the right. Not real sure just my personal observations.

There is a hoakey quality to this image when I first look at it. I googled up a larger one. 480ish. After you zoom in and take a look around.... it looks completely phony. Is this supposed to be a frame from the video? If so, I could be seeing some artifacts from digital compression, but there are what look like very dark brush strokes around the edges of all three figures in strategic places. It seems artistically executed to help the figures blend in with the background. the interior details of the face of the hostage look faded and as though they are in a different reflecting light from a different source. I don't think that is an aluminium can sitting on the table there, but for the life of me I don't know what it is. It has some of the dark brush strokes around it and the object itself looks to me like some kind of abstract desk trinket. or maybe it's a holographich projection device. dunno. all in all I'd guess it's a 'fake'.

there are also some light colored borders outside of the dark ones. looks completely bogus.

the smaller one in the original link looks better but has various 'inconsistancies'. hard to tell for sure these days.

could be posing with the rifle on that side for aesthetics... maybe the video frome has been reveresed making the guy with the PK holding it left-handed...

the first thing that struck me was the color of the wall, looks to be the same shade of paint used at abu ghraib. the next thing I noticed is the guy with the PK. he's got a PK, why is he carrying what look to be M60 belts? I think its a neocon staged pic but I can't say if its been 'shopped or not.

The victim's head looks funny. Almost appears to have been inserted onto another standing body.

"hostage" behind the desk looks to have been inserted in the photo...I have seen way better photoshop jobs... someone got lazy...
