North Korea has tested missile several times before. They have test detonated nukes in their own country before. They threaten to blow the world to kingdom come so much and so often that it is like background noise you get so use to that you just don't hear detail anymore.

They sunk a South Korean warship killing several people and shelled a South Korean island in 2010. Nothing every came of that. Think about that a minute. They directly attacked South Korea twice a few years ago and nothing further developed. They lobbed missiles right over Japan recently and nothing happened. So, what is different this time?
