Flight diverted after family raises concerns over PG-13 inflight movie

Well, we learned on 9-11-2001 that you can never be too careful. I have young children and if I was on that flight I would have wanted it diverted too, for their safety.

I was referring to the parents that caused the diversion. I let my 8 year old watch PG movies. Nothing wrong with that.

I never get why people try and hide stuff from kids, especially when they are gonna be exposed to it all for a million other sources anyway.

Surely it is better to explain things to your children, educate them on these things and help guide them......you can't wrap them in cotton wool forever.

I had a passanger FAA woman go apeshit on me on a United flight. My chair was broken and she accused me of refusing to return my seat to the upright position. She badged me and then was low-screaming at me. She then got up and wanted police to be waiting at the airport to arrest me. The flight attendants had to order her back to her seat after telling her that many of the United seats were broken. They came to me and apologized for her behavior and for their broken seat.
